Women's Day 2021

On Women's Day every year, we welcome women and request them to share a few empowering, motivating, or encouraging words. However, we decided to approach things a little differently this year. So, we went to the Nashik district's rural areas and provided sanitary pads, masks, and hand sanitizers. Everyone is aware that Adivasi pada, where the people who live in villages, still aren't entirely familiar with the importance of sanitary pads, so we host workshops where a doctor from our charity helped them understand the significance of cleanliness. Since many of them were listening and learning for the first time, this session was extremely beneficial to them. As a result, we celebrated Women's Day in a unique way. With that in mind, we journeyed to rural areas in the Nashik district and distributed sanitary pads, masks, and sanitizers. Everyone is well aware that the people in villages - Adivasi pada - are still not well aware of the importance of sanitary pads, so in order to make them aware, we hold sessions in which a doctor from our foundation made them realise the importance of cleanliness. This session was extremely beneficial to them because many of them were listening and learning for the first time. So we celebrated Women's Day in a different way.
