Every Individual dreaming of defence forces once has to go through the Services Selection Board interview,Which is considered the toughest in the world,Keeping this in mind ,UWS foundation conducted a SSB workshop in association with The Artillery Centre,Nashik for our volunteers who dream to be a one.A total of 50 uws volunteers attended the 3 days workshop at artillery centre nashik.The workshop aimed to provide guidance and training to candidates for the SSB interview, which is the final selection round for officer cadet positions in the Army, Navy, and Air Force. The workshop covered various aspects of the SSB interview process, including the following: Basic Knowledge of SSB Screening Test , Psychological Test , Group Testing Officer (GTO) Task , Personal Interview , Physical Fitness , Throughout the workshop, the volunteers received individual feedback from experienced trainers and assessors. They were given personalized recommendations on areas of improvement and guidance on how to enhance their performance in SSB interviews. Overall, the Defence SSB workshop equiped candidates with the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in the selection process and secure positions in the Indian Armed Forces. Opening address was done by Brigadier A. Ragesh Commandant (Artillery Centre) by his Inspiring Session , Present were Col Rohit Verma , Col Sampat Gopalan ( Ex Psychologist SSB) , Mr Sagar Matale President UWS and Mr Rahul Kakad . On the last day of the workshop the volunteers were taken to tha Golf Course of artillery centre nashik,where the lecture on golf was conducted by professionals, practice session was conducted for all,where they enjoyed a lot.
